Our Building Bridges and Improving Lives project is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. We provide a range of support services for migrants and refugees across Fife who are facing welfare issues or are having difficulties accessing mainstream services due to language barriers.
We are committed to helping you and your family meet your basic needs by addressing issues that support health and wellbeing.
Our caseworkers carry out a holistic assessment and provide tailored support so we can fully understand your individual circumstances.
You can arrange a one-to-one meeting with one of our caseworkers at our office or in a public place near you. If you are not confident in English, don’t worry. Our staff and volunteers speak a range of languages and will do their best to meet your language needs, so you can communicate clearly and discuss your concerns with confidence.

When you come to us, we will take time to listen, understand your situation, and talk with you about the support that feels right for you – you will meet one-to-one with a caseworker who will talk through your needs with you and help agree the best way forward. If you need specialist support, we can connect you with trusted partner organisations in the community, so you can get the right help at the right time.
We want you to feel listened to, supported, and more confident about taking the next steps. We want to support you to overcome barriers, make informed decisions, and progress towards greater independence and well-being.
Fife International Forum is rooted in the community and shaped by the people we support. Some of our staff and volunteers have lived experience of the challenges people face, which helps us understand what matters most and how to offer the right support.Our staff receive regular training so they can offer support that is knowledgeable, respectful, and responsive to people’s needs.
We value the voices of the people we support. Your feedback helps us learn, improve, and make sure our services work well for the community. We ask for feedback in a respectful way and only with your consent. We also share information in different languages so more people in the community can access our support.
Fife International Forum works closely with trusted partner organisations to help people get the support that is right for them. If you need specialist help from another service, we can still support you with language needs along the way.
